Utilities & Security Suit

Hi I need a complete set of Utilities and Security programs made in Visual Basic 2005 the new version NOT VB6 I need a good set of Utilities something like Elite Utilities 9 Professional or Systweak But the Utilities Suit must contain Registry Cleaner Disk Cleaner Scan Disk System Maintaince Windows Styler like TuneUp one or better System backups software Also I need a good Security Section the Files and Folder Encryption must have an option to encrypt upto 448Bit of encryption I think you know what I want PLEASE NOTE ALL PROGRAMS MUST NOT USE ANY AND I MEAN ANY THIRD PART OCX OR DLL THEY MUST ALL BE CODED IN THE PROGRAM SO I WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT REGISTERING THE FILES IN THE INSTALLER ALSO THEY MUST WORK ON WINDOWS 2000, WINDOWS XP, AND WINDOWS VISTA Please do not bid until you tell me your price I will need this project by 15 December The selected coder will also be chosen to make us Security programs such as Personal Firewall, Spyware Cleaner Thank you for your time reading this

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
