New WordPress website required, (using the [login to view URL] theme)

I am looking for a developer to help with a new website using the PremiumPress - 'DirectoryPress' theme on Wordpress, (the theme can be seen at [url removed, login to view])
My new website will be a directory of therapists, schools, organisations and associations - a resource for everything to do with massage in the UK, (England, Scotland Wales and N Ireland).
I have already bought the domain name and hosting, created the database and installed a 'fresh' version of the DirectoryPress theme.
REQUIREMENTS
I require a professional who understands the DirectoryPress theme to set up the general settings, listing options and search options and also design a 'fresh new look' for the various sections of the website instead of using the out of the box themes offered by DirectoryPress theme.
I can provide an example of the look I require the most attractive bidders.
