hi i may have been inaccurate when i said java. The web site uses js. you can view the sample at :- [url removed, login to view] it seems to work in google chrome and opera. It uses an external file :- i need all files to be in my site not external. the only links that work are the first 2 'contact' and 'about sharm' I need this to work cross browser and to be self contained, no external links thanks

ok. I am about to choose my coder. I have provided the link so you can view it. It works best in google chrome. There are problems in ie. The menu must work cross browser. The menu bar and top image must be fixed at top of page. The content must scroll below the menu. The page must be centered on the screen. The menu settings and code must be in a file so we can amend menu without having to change it on every page. The code must be tidy and commented. the contact form and menu must be completely visible at a resolution of 1024 x 768 Please confirm the above and ensure you have placed your bid price. I will select soon from coders that confirm they can complete the project and coders that have quoted a price.

please note i am prepared to accept a php / mysql solution if this is more cross browser compatible but the menu appearance and page operation must still look like the existing one - also the page needs to be centred in the window
