osCommerce/creloaded Australia Post Shipping Module

The Australia Post shipping module is installed in my website but not calculating the correct cost to post items.
I have seen a number of other posts to get this module fixed.
I'm looking for someone who has already fixed this, knows what is involved and can also fix it for me. I have seen their quotes and know this is not a big job.
You need to tell me what file I need to give you as I have no experience and run the website through the admin panel.
