Add Phone Number to CMS Header on Website

We require a developer to add a telephone number into the header of a client website.
The website uses a CMS but seems to be bespoke.
The telephone number needs to be added as soon as possible.
We will give FTP access to the site files, however, this is a legal industry client and ALL access/file copies will be monitored.
We also require the developer to confirm they agree to delete ALL website files from their local drives after the work has been completed. This will be legally binding. We also require the signing of an NDA.
Should be a simple task fro the right individual.
