Build a Trip Planner with metasearch & review feature

We need freelancer to develop a Trip Planning website with meta search feature comparing price from different online / offline travel agencies. The main feature of this website is Auto Trip Planning where user can input destination name, length of travel or holiday theme with length & based on this input system will suggest automatic trip itinerary that include flight, hotel, tour, attractions, bus, train, car hire, also suggest restaurant & travel related shops. Where flight, bus, train, hotel price will compare from different website & for other including hotel we will have our own listing (for hotel price compare from online + hotel own price if listed with our site). For hotel, tour operator, restaurant, shop we will have our own listing where user can rate or review of this business. We have already made the details product requirement specifications for a summarized idea you can go through the pdf attach with this project. You can get tripomatic (auto trip itinerary planning), hipmunk (travel meta search), holidayiq (travel review & reference), ixigo (meta search & travel planner) as reference.

Please note that to be considered for this project, you should provide us with a total cost included, the timeline (Gant Chart to be prepared upon acceptance), contract possibilities (long-term partnership). Additionally, please include your closest portfolio project that include modern website design with extensive CSS, jQuery, Java Script and languages necessary to connect multiple API's.
