Compare a list of product names and return the most similar.

We have a list of 10.000 rows that is constanlty updating. So this must be done automatically in excel or php. It will take every row and compare it with all the others. then it will return the most similar results.
Those similar results will have some common text. This text must be returned in another column in order to match them.
For example:
Azzaro Chrome Eau De Toilette 100ml
Azzaro Chrome Eau De Toilette 100ml & 100ml Aftershave
Azzaro Chrome Eau De Toilette 100ml & 200ml Shower Gel
Azzaro Chrome Sport Eau De Toilette 100ml
Azzaro Chrome Sport Eau De Toilette 30ml
Azzaro Chrome Sport Shower Gel 50ml
Xpel Tea Tree 100% Pure Tea Tree Oil 10ml
Xpel Tea Tree 100% Pure Tea Tree Oil 30ml
Xpel Tea Tree Anti-bacterial Handwash 500ml
Xpel Tea Tree Facial Scrub 250ml
Xpel Tea Tree Foaming Face Wash 200ml
The manufacturer will be given in another column and it should be subtracted from the product name. for the examples above the manufactures are Azzaro and Xpel. So the final product names for similarity comparison will be

Chrome Eau De Toilette 100ml & 100ml Aftershave
Chrome Eau De Toilette 100ml & 200ml Shower Gel
Chrome Sport Eau De Toilette 100ml
Chrome Sport Eau De Toilette 30ml

Tea Flower 100% Pure Tea Tree Oil 30ml

We must get the most similar results for each row. Do not ask us how. If we knew how we would have done it ourselves. Similarity is the key word.
Some first thoughts is to order them by name and check word by word.
