I am seeking a freelancer or agency to create a custom Wordpress template for a managed services IT business.
Specifications:
• Template must be responsive, adapting to all common devices and browsers.
• Modern, professional design should include an easy to use navigation (horizontally across top) and prominent areas to feature company services.
• The main navigation area should remain visible as users scroll down page. Email/Phone contact information should be readily accessible without going to a separate contact page.
Sub-pages should have an optional sub-navigation bar that can be enabled/disabled on a per page basis to move between information sections such as, overview, pricing, more information, etc.
• Photos: Stock photos may be used, and rights to photos must be included. Would prefer stock photos of network equipment, cabling etc to photos that contain people.
• Colors:
o Primary: White/Grey/Blue
o Secondary: Open

• Design an under construction page using the company logo that I can upload immediately that reflects the following services:

-Monitoring and Safety
• Provide full page graphic of primary page and subpage, make changes as requested.
• Provide a template that meets the requirements previously expressed, and install in a new Wordpress installation.
