Designing wp plug in functions

I need someone to build in some plugins into the existing wp theme
for example 1) Pop up call back request window 2) request call back pop up form with customizable fields, drop downs etc 3) language translation 4) some more but nothing major
you need to have ability and good nderstanding of such options, it is only few hours task. i have tried the number of guys and they failed to manage it
I will need to skype contact to discuss it and similar tasks to show. not everything you have done, only relevant to the task, there are some things already done on the site but i will be deleting them and redoing from the scratch
