Help with Moodle

I need someone experienced in Moodle to help me customise the platform with our needs. I need to learn the below:
- Create Classrooms and add students to each
- Create teachers list and each teacher will have the permission to manage certain Classes only
- Create homework/tasks and assign to certain classrooms only. Students from other classrooms should be see other classroom courses.
The teacher can upload files for her students.
-Students should be able to download their homework, edit and re-upload.
etc.
So basically i need your help to learn more about the usage of Moodle.
Finally, I will need to apply a good theme such as "lambda" and make sure its working fine.
I need 1 or 2 hours of training to learn about some basics of Moodle.
Pls let me know your hourly rate and if available to proceed urgently on Sunday October 2.
