WHMCS help - Change some PHP smarty code to Hook variables

I have some php code in {php} tags in my whmcs [login to view URL] file. As of whmcs 6 the php tags no longer work and a hook must be used instead as per: [login to view URL]
The php code sets the page title and whether to include css/js dependent on the page url but must be put into a hook as variables which can be put into the [login to view URL] so that it can work in whmcs 6.
This will take less than an hour for someone familiar with whmcs and its hooks, smarty and php. Please only bid if you're familiar with whmcs, smarty php and whmcs's hooks.
