I have ready-made online forms under each product in my website and a form in contact us page. These forms are not active and I want to active it.
After the visitor fill the form, I should receive an email with form details. The subject of each form has to be the same as page title name. Check attached PDF file for more clarifications.
I won't close this project until I test the forms in my hosting. (not on freelancer's hosting)
