Looking for a developer knowledgeable with AWS SDKs preferably for PHP to customize Amazon Translate and Amazon Polly.
I want an AWS application that can receive text through a form field and convert it into multiple languages then convert all the different language texts into speech simultaneously.
1. upload form with 3 entry fields, one for Description, one for Name and one for English Text needing translation. Content of all fields are stored in MySQL database upon submission
2. The Name and English Text are then translated into text of multiple languages using Amazon Translate and then each language is then stored on a different row of the same MySQL table.
3. Use Amazon Polly to convert the Text of every language just entered in database into speech in the corresponding languages.
4. Upload the MP3 files corresponding to all the language text to speech conversions into a specified directory and then enter the location address to the corresponding rows of the MySQL table.
