Back-end Website Development for Online Music Streaming

We're a small company based out of Boston set out to create an online music streaming service similar to pandora for a specific type of music. The site itself is aimed to be as simple as possible as we're just getting started. Most of the front end development has already been done.
Currently seeking a talented web developer who has experience and knowledge in setting up a hosting environment within AWS, and developing back-end capabilities for the site. She/He should preferably have a background in PHP, and experience setting up and structuring MySql databases, with some front-end experience. Some of the tasks are as follows:
1) Create a database that captures all required information for reporting. Some of this information and database structure is included as an attachment.
2) Develop back-end logic of the site including:
a) User accounts (longin & signup features)
b) Generating random playlists that are captured from database based on genres selected
c) Like and dislike tracking
d) Updating artist information based on what's playing
3) Track songs played information for music rights and royalties reporting
4) Create a simple process for uploading new content possibly using phpmyadmin
5) Front end user session tracking
6) Documentation and notes of all work require
