I am the owner and operation manager of a civil process company. What we do is work with courts, attorneys, law firms, process servers, individuals, etc. on the most important part of most cases by acting as a courier/messenger by serving legal documents. I am looking to have a software built whereas all jobs can be inputted, jobs can be automatically assigned to employees or contractors based on area, status of jobs can be updated, clients automatically receives status updates, products/service can be created for invoices, clients can be automatically quoted base on the services requested, quotes can be converted into invoices, clients can be invoiced, invoiced payments can be made through Quickbooks, employee and contractor payouts are automatically generated, maps of job locations are easily accessed, clients can update their information, information can be stored, imported, and exported to other software/integrations, etc. This site/app will be used a communication portal between the office, employees and contractors out in the field, and the clients. Meanwhile, it will also act as a secretary. I would also need the program writer to be on standby for any issues that may occur and to add to software as I incorporate new ideas. This will be an ongoing project.
