Build Wordpress Plugin for Stripe - Save Card

Need a form that uses Stripe checkout to allow capture of email address and then store a customer record in Stripe for future payments. It should not take a payment, just store in stripe for us to charge in the future. It should show the nice stripe checkout fields. I should be able to add it to a page as a shortcut [stripe-capture-card]. Should have a test mode and live mode for stripe keys.
