Build us a WordPress plugin that extends our chatbot/AI software capabilities into WP pages

Essentially we need to develop a plugin that makes it easy to configure a widget on any WordPress page to run a web-chat bot.
After a user getts the plugin, when they're configuring the settings for the plugin, the user would be able to create an account for our software all through the wordpress interface. At the very least, it would just provide a link to click to visit our site and create an account, but ideally we'd have an integration that facilitates account creation through the wordpress plugin settings interface.
When WP users configure a widget for the plugin, users should be able to specify it's location, level or transparency (as they may want it to run over top of other layouts on page). We'd be happy to start out very basic and expand the sophistication thereafter.
Again, we're less familiar with the ins and outs of creating such a solution, so we don't know what you'd
need to know from us, but those are the basics of what we want built at the very least.
