Build a Wordpress website with cornerstone plugin

I need help to build a website based on wordpress. I’ve purchased a theme called X theme (see link in the bottom) on themeforest and have a cornerstone plugin (from [login to view URL]) installed already so the process of building should be quite simple.
The website will be an informational website and don’t need to be too advanced, only well functioned, user friendly and with a nice look, the less the better. The website will have 7 pages and I have already created a template for it in excel with all the structure pointed out and also with fonts and colours needed. In excel it does not have the most professional look so of course this needs to be taken care of in the while building it. I will also give a link to another website that I’ve been using as inspiration, which you can use as an example when needed to make sure the website will look nice.
Please send me your proposal if you have proven experience with building websites based on wordpress, and also if you have built it with the cornerstone plugin. Please write the word sunshine in the proposal to demonstrate that you have read the instructions.
