we want to build a video website from scratch using a template.

Once we will choose the developpers we will work this way :
We will pay to freelancer different milestones which will be all released at the end of the project following the below steps
1 - 33,33% Milestone when the site is finished with all the module (including the chat)
2 - 33,33% When the back office is ready
3- 33,33% when the test are completed
We will released all to the freelancer at the end of these 3 steps
For the project we will work using Assana for the project status<:timeline so you should have an account and Bitbucket to share the websitecode, you should also have an account.
once we will set the overall time needed for the project, if the deadline is reached and the project not finished we will stop working with you and find another one and for the job done so far we will see how much will it will cost us to find a new company and pay you the difference of pricing.
