I need an app like Uber.
Work on steps.
1. UI web admin, development of database and CMS web admin
2. UI driver app, development of android app
3. UI rider app, development of android app
4. UI web admin fleet for partner user, development of web admin fleet
5. UI driver app, development of iOS app
6. UI rider app, development of iOS app
7. UI web admin driver, development of CMS for web admin driver
8. UI web admin rider, development of CMS for web admin rider
9. UI fleet app, development of android fleet app
10. UI fleet app, development of iOS fleet app
All steps need their testing process.
Web admin will be developed on my server.
Apps should be sent first as APK for android and .ipa for iOS for testing and then uploaded to the corresponding store.
For each step I will create a milestone,
I will release each milestone when each step is delivered.
For gateways I need integration with the following:

Rider user can create account with facebook or gmail, only email and cellphone is required and user photo
Driver user need faecebook or gmail, email and cellphone and upload ID, licence, and document to check criminal records and document of confirmation free drugs. and user photo
Partner - or fleet managemente, need this sections:
user information: facebook or gmail, email and cellphone, upload ID, licence and user photo,
Facturación: upload two documents, one with extension .cer and the other with extension .key
Bank account: Bank name, clabe account consist in 18 digits, name of the account owner
Fleet section is only avaliable for partner user, need to manage vehicles documents, upload Tarjeta de Circulación and Car insurance, car color, car plate
Also, partner user need to link drivers to his account.
SMS for confirmation accounts is needed.
Enable the user rider and user driver to change destination during trip.
It will be required pdf manual for all sections.
Also... it will be required to enable additional vehicle options:
Limo service
Towing service
That will be for first proyect. If approved, we will work on a second app that will have the following:
Delivery - food, pharmacy
Concierge
Truck service - rental
Shuttle service - rental
Car rental
