We are in need of a form that will let our company accept trade offers. A customer must be able to fill in their name, email, phone number, information about their items, upload pictures of their items, and more info. We would then like to have this form sent to one of our company email addresses so that we can respond to them and let them know if we are interested in their trade offer or not.
We prefer this done in PHP but are open to suggestions or other methods.
