create wordpress woocommerce custom tax & fee

Hello guys, here in Brazil we have tax+tax+tax and fees, , I am a consultant , put I do not write code, I suggest what people need plus a lot don't speak English. So I need a woocommerce plugin that can add 5 or 6 taxes ( suppliers) + 2 fee's, right now the person does this in excel then imports in to woocommerce, but it becoming to complicated with the import/export. This will not show on front end. We want to use a offline store to control the products and prices to export to 3 stores.
