I would like to create an default field for 360 degree survey, where the participant can be:

The person who is been evaluated (Evaluated)

Same level job (Pair)

top position (Superior)

Bottom position (subordinate)

It should work for future surveys not for one only, if you can do it how much would it cost?

I know about token fields, but I would like to have field created automatically every survey.
