Document management system generally converts hard copy documents into soft copies which are stored in a dedicated storage location for easy retrieval for future references. User management, departments and moving of these files are of great importance as far as this system is concerned.
The basic goal of this system is to acquire images through a scanner or import from a different storage location and later store in defined location by identifying them with basic details which can be retrieved when search for.
The system is suppose to perform these detailed functions. First of all there will be an ADMIN section and USER section. I have more details.
