An ecommerce website for a wholesaler needs to be build for placing orders with the ability to process payments in the future. It is for a established business with well-established customers that place bulk volume orders. The major feature requirement is displaying customized product price quotes for different customers. For example, customer A will be given a different price quote than customer B for the same products.
Currently the wholesaler is using an excel spreadsheet to take purchase orders from the customers that gets emailed back-and-forth. The spreadsheet ordering needs to be replaced with a secure, friendly user interface ecommerce website.
Other key features desired are:
1. Easy to maintain and update contents
2. Email itemized order invoice to clients
3. Backend for tracking order and payment status
4. Order notifications
