In order to comply with data protection rules we need to find a Helpdesk system (similar to zendesk or others) that can allow to hide the sender email to agents.

Usually in Freshdesk, Zendesk and the other systems the sender e-mail is shown.

We need an expert or a developer to find a cloud ticketing system that allows to hide the customers emails, or, modify an opensource one.
