five star review system based on categories will explain via video

1. user can only vote once per item per category track ip address

when they click on the stars it will automatically add 1 to numberofvotes column and the amount to rating coumn

if row does not exist it will create it if it does exist it will not create it again only for a diffrent item

when user click on add category it will ask them to fill in question if questions exists it will autofill the category first then it will ask them the category name the

category name will autofill if it exists from database. this will happen on the same page using [login to view URL] they will click add.

once they add it will automatically appear on screen below all the categories

and they rate it just like the other ones.

overall rating will pull from articlerating table it add up all the rating and numberofvotes and display for overall rating. IT WILL APPEAR IN THE TITLE TAG AS WELL
