Fix a product search form bug on my website (change text & fix minor search bug)

When searching for a product ("FIND THE PERFECT HARD BOX SIZE" area in the footer) I need the search results to write "mm" instead of "cm" & inside the product detail page the units are "cm" instead of "mm".

Also I need the search to be able to display results if I search for large values like 3000. It always needs to display the closest results to the search values entered.
