Fix Wordpress Issues Plugins/Widgets

Hey Freelancers,
I currently am looking for wordpress experts who can help me fix a few issues with my wordpress site. [login to view URL]
1. Edit 'Widget Block' at the top of site.. I don't want it to be like a text post. I need to be more like my other photo widgets where I upload an image. (It will make more sense once you have access to my site)
2. Stop top menu from scrolling with the page.
3. When hover over menu categories I want it to show most recent post from that category. (Once you go on my site you will see)
4. Add arrows to my "random post" at the footer
5. Fix "about" in footer so that I'm able to edit it easily (Will supply images for better understanding)
6. Once I've click on a menu title and it takes me to that page.. The coloured hover won't go away. I want it to
7. If it's possible.. I would like to get rid of the "category" and "tag" bit of the title when going onto said page. (Again will provide images for better understanding)
