Fixing small scraping macro

We have a small scraping macro written in VBA which takes [login to view URL] game ID from column D and scrapes data to Excel for respective cells (so for example for ID 1402510 it will scrape data from [login to view URL])
However there are some minor issues with this macro. One of them is scraping data when betting market was closed (for example 1533881 - macro scrapes following row from over/under market:
00 0-0 Closed 05-08 17:59
And in fact it should be fixed by scraping data from exactly one row below:
1.05 2.5 0.85 05-08 17:55
I attached macro code in txt file. If you think you can do it please apply. For now that should be the only thing which requires fixing so other things in macro code should stay untouched but if you think you know how to make this macro working faster let us know please and we can hire you for a bigger project
