We need a Joomla 3.0 component that can store data from users. It will be made by following views.

- Frontend

1) a form with 15 fields (name, surname, born date, some checkboxes, etc) that a user can fill. We need all frontend views use bootstrap 3.

2) a view where the website show inserted data to the user. Here user can confirm data he has inserted before. When the user confirms data, component will create a new record in the related table inside and write it.

3) a view showing a thank you page, after all process is ok (or error message when the process doesn't work)

- Backend

1) basically a CRUD for changing the records in the table, in style with Joomla structure and classes.

The component will be created with Legacy classes for Joomla 3.0.
