SHOPIFY: create a page for pricing tables based on our design and integrate with BOLD app(HTML/CSS)
Require developer to customize a shopify page to feature pricing tables per attached image.
1. Each pricing table would at first show what is seen in first frame of attached image. The SELECT button could reveal the fields generated by BOLD APP like an accordion or could switch to fields on click. Accordion might work better on mobile devices - let us know which is most robust method you prefer.
2. When user clicks the SELECT button, the pricing table shows what is seen in centre frame of attached image. Note that these fields are auto-generated by the BOLD APP and an example of the code is pasted at the end of this post.
As the site is fully responsive, for smaller screens we require the pricing tables and sign up buttons to display for those screens in a different layout as shown in the very bottom section of attached image.

Here's how the code looks for each membership plan as generated by the BOLD APP. This displays the various fields required to be filled in order to sign up for the plan and also displays the payment button and triggers the Stripe pop up when user clicks the "LET'S DO THIS!" button. (Ideally we will have you hide the field "Select Interval" as this is redundant due to pricing table targeting length of subscription)
