Modify a WordPress Template

I have a Wordpress template installed at [login to view URL], which needs several changes. The first set of changes are below:
1. Replace 'ics | consulting' logo throughout to 'ics | tax' throughout.
2. Search all pages and entire website for any references to ICS Consulting, Inc. And change to ICS Tax, LLC.
3. Delete where it lists "Facility Assessment & Planning", "Project & Construction", etc. and replace with the following: "§179D Energy Efficient Commercial Building Deduction", "§45L Energy Efficient Home Credit", "Comprehensive Fixed Asset Review", "Research & Development Tax Credits", "Cost Segregation Studies", "IC-DISC Export Incentives", "§1031 Like Kind Exchanges", "Accounting Method Changes", "Utility Rebates".
4. Replace the language that says "ICS specializes..." with "ICS Tax, LLC (ICS) is a specialty firm providing innovative tax planning strategies throughout the United States. We combine top talent and a multidisciplinary approach to assist with Energy Efficiency Incentives (179D/45L), Comprehensive Fixed Asset Reviews, Research & Development Tax Credits, Cost Segregation Studies, IC-DISC Export Incentives, Like-Kind Exchanges (1031), Accounting Methods, and Utility Rebates."
5. Update the LinkedIn and Twitter icons to the corresponding hyperlinks for ICS Tax. Add an icon for Facebook and corresponding hyperlink.
6. Remove the Procore Portal and Bid Calendar buttons. Remove any pages associated with those buttons.
7. Add some sort of a blog on the home page titled "Latest News" where we can provide short blurbs. I will need to be able to add future news updates, so this needs to be simple to use.
8. Insert Google tracking code.
I have several other changes to come, but this is the first round. I'm looking for someone who has superior knowledge of Wordpress and strong English grammar skills. I'm also looking for someone who can start immediately and has availability to do other work this week. And please do not ask for additional "bonuses". If you do a good job, I will continue to hire you. And if you have suggestions for making the site better, please let me know.
