I need an existing site porting to MemberPress

We are a trade association offering services to members who are up to date with their annual membership fee. Non members can see some features on the site, but not all.
We have had a site developed for us ([login to view URL]) which was developed using Woocommerce; Memberships; and Subscriptions. It doesn't have the functionality we were seeking, and are thinking of using MemberPress instead. The company that developed it have no experience of MemberPress, and we are now looking for some who can assist us.
We are seeking:-
1) a price to establish whether we could amend the existing site to use MemberPress - we are happy to allow someone Admin access if required
2) a price to actually carry out the work:-
- make a full copy of the exiting site on another server
- install MemberPress, and port all the data over
- set up appropriate screens to:-
* allow login/logout
* allow members access to their data to check/amend
* allow existing, and lapsed members to renew their membership
note that we have a 'Dual Membership' allowing a second person to enter their name and email address. The existing system struggles to allow this
* show on all pages whether someone is logged in or not
* re-link the 'Member Only' pages/facilities to the MemberPress database
- to ensure we can set up the sale of documents to non-members
- improve the methodology of making manual payments by a member of staff - the WooCommerce methodology is unnecessarily complicated
- many of our members pay by Standing Order (BACs), showing their membership number as a reference. It would be highly desirable to automate that so future payments are automatically credited to a members account, and their expiration date to be automatically updated. Note that we are anticipating some initial admin to set this up for each member
- allow members to set up their own Direct Debits,again to automate future payments to us
- assist us to make this amended site live.
3) we are happy to be advised on anythings we have overlooked/not aware of.
4) There will be future work as well, especially setting up the sale of training courses, which it appears MemberPress allows.
