Need Graphic Designer and Web Developer (WP) for long term partnership

We are a Web Design and Print Agency and due to increasing leads we are looking (remotely) for a web designer and also a graphic designer applying best rules to come along with clients corporate identity.
We work mainly with WordPress (specially elegant divi-theme and also some other premium templates) for little but not complex Websites, for Websites with complex structure we like better to work with Typo3. We also build Webshops with "Magento" & "PrestaShop" for our clients.
WEB DESIGNER
We work with our clients on a fix price basis after defining the project scope and therefore we would like to receive from you your estimated price for websites that are not bigger than 12 pages. The content (text, img, videos, attachments) of the website should be inserted by you.
Here the usual structure of a client websites menu:
homepage with slider (5 photos)
about us (with 2 subpages)
product presentation (with 3 subpages)
on sale
blog
map
contact form
We appreciate you always to use best practices for typography, css and nice template choices/ recommendations.
YOU SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO US DURING GMT +1 OFFICES TIME OVER PHONE. WE EXPECT AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK AN UPDATE OF PROJECT THE PROJECT FLOW.

creation of Logos, Corporate Design
Typography - choice of primary font style, complementary font style
in some cases creation of web site layouts to be implemented by the developer
creation of flyers, business cards, stationaries
creation of icons the fits clients corporate identity.
creation of banners for websites, usually 5 banners pro website
delivery of .ai designs and or .psd designs when needed
