need help on my website

I just build a website for selling pictures online with Wordpress using plugin Next Gen, everything nearly ready except I have a problem with one page. when you click on the picture the lightbox appear but the price list doesn't it just keep loading.
I have tried to find the problem and look like it come from the [login to view URL] and the script <script src="[login to view URL]"></script>. When I remove it everything work but the layout of the website it's different and I want to keep it the way it was. I would like to know if someone can fix that !
