We are a small for profit fundraising company and looking for a program to do inventory control IN/OUT, Then allow us to data entry of orders by( group name),inc delivery and billing address ,contact information and delivery date =broken down total sale, total profit, discounts if any & total invoice, and generate a basic bill of lading / shipping invoice with weight and description of shipment needed .
Then we need a broken down by Group name, Seller's name, seller phone number, sellers total sale amount , items sold & description . from this we need to produce 2 things a pick ticket / packing slip for each order/seller and also a label to put on each box & ability to generate more than one label via label maker machine in packing department.
Some things we need also ability to grab each groups seller names & phone numbers so we can cut and paste phone numbers into our auto text notification or all text notice program, Generate labels with label maker printing program cost effectively, and possibility to access groups sales information , sales, sellers information in the cloud for mobile application .
