Online Casino API Integration

We're looking for a web developer to do an API integration. Our website is wordpress based and will need someone familiar in php, javascript, and the such to integrate it with our online casino platform provider. The project is to be done as a wordpress plugin and preferably with backend setting to allow us to change api key and pass.
The project would required writing a wordpress plugin using the casino's provided api and should allow players on our site to:
1) register and login from our site. their registration info is then sent to our online casino platform provider and also stored in default wordpress mysql database.
2) allow player to modify their account information
3) connect to online casino platform to pull player balance, game list, bets, etc.
4) allow player to player balance transfer
5) allow them to check status of their transfer requests
6) allow player deposits and checking status on deposit
