Online Text Based Game Bot

It is simple, I play a game called starkingdoms.
I need a bot to do the following: - Log into my account every hour and update it EG build what needs to be build and spend all the money on the things I want build. it should have an option so i can select what % of cash will be spend on what items. It has to have every option, including attack/missile/probe function. The data provided by the game after such a action should be reported back to me, it should also have the option to get the status of my own kd.
- I want a scanner added so that it scans the game and gives me every kingdom name with NW/Land size in order of worst to best.
it must be able to do around 200 kingdoms. for these 200 kingdoms it should store login/passwords.
The bot will NOT have to create the kingdoms.
The game has captchas, around 1 captcha every 90-100 actions (if they are repetative) i want the bot to bypass that or show me the captcha, so i can fill them in manual.
A friend has had a bot made here a long time ago, we lost it so we are looking for a new one to be made.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
