Payment module for osDate

I need an osDate payment module made for the Virtual Card Service (VCS - [url removed, login to view]) South African payment gateway.

I have been given an osCommerce module which does this. Apparently osDate and osCommerce uses the same API, but this is not a guarantee that this is the case.

Basically I need the module to allow me to enter my merchantID etc, as well as any .tpl files that need to be created, including but not limited to, the checkout form, payment confirmation, payment declined.

I will also need instruction on how to install the module, as it might need to be installed onto additional sites at a later stage.

I have attached the osCommerce module for bidders to look at. Hopefully it will give some insight into the extent of the job.
