PHP Expert Partner Needed. Deferred Cash + Stock.
$25-50 USD / hour
We have exhausted our cash, but we are at a point where we are generating revenue...just not fast enough to pay for our full development operating budget. We have a breakthrough plan. We need a full stack partner that will accept the following negotiable compensation package:
1. 10% of all Customer Crowdfunding contributions (when the app is online) until we have paid the developer 2X their normal hourly rate fees. (For example: If your hourly rate is $75 per hour, then we will pay [$75 x 2] = $150 per hour via Customer Crowdfunding contributions (when the app is online) until we have paid the developer their full fees that have accumulated.
2. $5,000 in Stock Options @ a $10M valuation.
We must emphasize that using this system on our own site has worked so well that Crowdfunders are contributing hundreds of dollars each and we just need to scale this up. We can prove this.
The plan is to take what we are doing on our own site and modify it so that "ANY" eCommerce site can raise funds via our new method of Customer Crowdfunding. Money will flow in for each and every site that joins from multiple Customer Crowdfunders crowdfunding into each eCommerce site - that is a lot of money once we get this system rolling.
I have been making software for 20 years and I can tell you that we do not require a huge amount of development to allow outside eCommerce sites do what we are already doing on our platform - WE ALREARY HAVE A MULTIVENDOR PLATFORM AND A REST API, we just need to develop THE REST API to provide "snippets" of code to users/eCommerce sites that will allow our Customer Crowdfunding Form & Customer Signup Form to appear on those 3rd party sites. All user panels and operations are already developed and operational on Go Fish Marketplace's website (back-end) - as mentioned, we are currently using the technology ourselves.
Developer will stay on as Head Developer and may have an option to move to our new headquarters in San Francisco with full-time pay at $120k+ salary when all goes well. We are also open to negotiation.
