PHP Modify Woocommerce Plugin

There is a payment gateway plugin on Woocommerce which we are using however we would like to modify it a bit to work for our specific needs. We will give you the plugin URL and you will need to just make the following adjustments
1. Woocommerce > Settings > Plugin
Add 2 fields on the admin options which would be added once and saved
* Merchant ID
* Merchant Key
2. When this option is selected on checkout and redirects to the thank you page - we need the following details posted to an external URL without redirecting the customer (preferably through curl)
* Customer Name
* Customer Phone Number
* Order Number
* Full Shipping Address
* Order Total Amount
*
* Merchant ID
* Merchant Key
