Prestashop Site. Cart not working on old browsers.

Hi, if my clients have old browers (internet explorer and chrome on XP - no problem on firefox) they won't be able to buy on my site, because at the last step of the cart, the site says: "There are no payment modules installed". Of course with "modern" browser there is no problem. Can you help? I think it's some kind of compatibility issue with old stuff... Thank you!
