Pro coder to finish big portal

Hello,

there is portal with 50% of all job done and i'm looking for very professional coder to finish this project.

There is no framework/CMS in this, all done from scratch. So its some headache about everything and we have to turn over somehow.

There is still a lot to do and i'll send all details to most real candidates. Few things:

-index page user side, user loged in (the way how thumbnails are pictured, sorting order)

-ajax navigation (to navigate when user is in "My radio stations page)

-search

-player which plays radio stations (player has to play radio stations without using server bandwidth so there will be needed some custom solution (probably))

-sitemap page (slice and code)

-popup page (slice and code)

-add radio station page (slice and code)

-music genres (management in admin +all pages in user side)

-quick radio menu (top 10 radio station of the country)

-admin stats (how many radio stations, videos, even certain admin added)

-submenu (radio/video/events... all about sorting)

-is basic SEO already done

-map page full functionalty (show what radio station in which country)

-flash menus

-banner management (openx)

-add "owner" facility. this will be used only to edit one (selected) radio or event information

-to "owner" add "sponsored" feature where user only can change admin choosed sponsored (one out of three) radio station info (with ability for admin to turn it off).

-install GEOIP

-subscribe script

-submenu management (video, events submenu functions)

-radio script (some script install, you'll need good knowledge of postgresql and some (might) basic of Linux)

-video player (top9 videos, you'll have to find player yourself or suggest solution)

Basically if you look at this link and what you will find unfinished has to be done. Previous coders left a lot of bugs and undone things and now all has to be somehow fixed.

If you'll place your bid in here have in mind what you'll have to slice some pages. Also there is radio script which requires very basic linux knowledge.

If you do this project you'll have to do it 100% without any things left. Main requirement - think your own head and use common sense for all problems. I was working with some company and this project left unfinished because i had to point my finger at every detail what has to be done. In this bid i expect you to be on your own and do things what you think is best. You can use all scripts, cms, templates - whatever you want. Just finish this as soon as possible. Deadline 30 days.
