Send closed tickets from Freshdesk to an application called OutSmart

One of my customers wants the following:
He uses FreshDesk as a ticket solution and he wants once per day an action for the completed tickets. Every ticket which is completed has to be send to an other program called OutSmart.
And this means not only the last reply / solution but the entire conversation. I think the best thing you can do is run the cron job, script or what ever on 01:00 AM and use the date of yesterday, because you will know for sure there will not be a new ticket created which can be missed sending to OutSmart. But that is up to you, i am not a developer / programmer.
When the customer which has created the ticket excists in OutSmart, it can be added to that profile of that customer.
When the customer does not excist in OutSmart, the customer has to be created and an e-mail message has to be send to a specific email address.
