Simple Web application table, that will be based on DB

We want a quick Web application with good selection of template. We need to have a pretty fast demo application, that will show the data in Grid view. The content of the grid will come from DB. We have 6 types of tables, the content of these tables can be filled off-line. All these 6 tables will be viewed as separate tabs/pages. The content of tables are mostly text and pictures.
If you can provide download button, by pressing which if all the grid data is exported as document, that will be awesome,(This is just a wish, if you can fullfill)
