Some Requirments in OpenCart store

I have an online store on OpenCart which I want to have a timer to be added to the page.
the scenario as follows:
we will send a customer a link in which he will see a countdown timer (duration of the timer can be changed by our side) for 24 hours, in case he opened the page in 24 hours he will be able to purchase the item with the discounted price.
If after 24 hours he opened the link he will have a message : "Sorry your session is expired" (can be edited by us also)
it's not 1 time link, for example I might have to send 10 links per day to 10 customers, not at the same time, so each customer will have 24 hours from the time I send the link to him (which may differ from customer to another).
please let me know if you have any suggestions or improvements to my plan.
Also I did some edits on the invoice, but due to time shortage I want someone to finish it, I have the pdf file designed already for the invoice I want, and I have worked on the php invoice template file, but it needs some edits.
and I want a way that the customer will receive it on his email in pdf also
