Tear some php/css code on a wordpress platform

There is a bit of css/php coding that I need help with around the header area on the wordpress theme I am currently working on. Something like a horizontal bar that I want to get rid of. It's (the horizontal bar) covering some parts of the slider on desktop and on mobile, it appears directly below the header. I simply want it out. I'm running a kallyas theme.
