We would like an electronic technical report system with the ability each user to connect with a separate account, (ability to add accounts from our administrator).
The report filled by the technician will have different values, look below
· Technical Report
O Engineer (drop down list)
O Date
O Customer (drop down list)
O Machine model (drop down list)
O Serial number (drop down list)
O Problem (drop down list)
O Description
O Actions and solution of the problem
O State (drop down list)
O Spare parts (from uploaded excel)
O Start time
O End time
O Working time: actual working time to show how much time the engine was off and how much the engineer was just present to control the quality and problem,
O Counters
All of the above items will not be free text will be with a drop down menu with all information uploaded from our administrator. Selecting the customer will automatically filter the selections of engines and serials based on what the own.
All databases must be able to be updated from the administrator.
Presentation of report data
In this report we will need to have variety. It must be possible to access data stored from the above Technical Report, such as working time per machine with variable dates or the frequency of failures on specific engines, the frequency of visits by technician or machine, able to track spare parts (spare parts will be an excel document with columns like P/N, Description, Price) used by machine or by customer, able to give as a total cost of spare part used by engine etc
