Virtuemart/Joomla plugin

Create a Joomla plugin that will build a Facebook product catalog csv file from Virtuemart products.

I have a standalone php file that is working currently supplying a feed to FB product catalog but I need it converted to a native Joomla plugin that will create the csv file with a few amendments to the current functionality.

Currently it uses the “virtuemart_shoppergroup_id” to grab the products to display in the feed, I need this converted into a dynamic parameter that will grab category id’s from parameters set in the plugin.

I also need it filter out/not display any products that are from product id’s that can be also set in the plugin parameters.

And lastly I need it to show only the parent product on the condition that at least one of the product children has some stock. All the parent products have stock as they are not orderable in the shop so grabbing the parent it if has stock is not acceptable only if one or more of the children has stock will the parent be displayed/included (like the present code children products not to be included)
